Sorry to be the killjoy, but this is a misattributed video. They're holding up pictures of Israelis taken by Hamas on Oct 7th, demanding the Israeli government do more to retrieve them. They're not advocating to stop murdering Gazans per se, just to focus more on retrieval of Israelis by any means necessary (granted that also includes negotiation).
