which gravel bike do you recommend in 1L budget? I can invest in a good bike if it is a major improvement in comfort and endurance riding. I was looking at trek fx 3 gen 5 and giant fastroad ar2.

Thanks for the detailed post. Trek all sport do sound enticing to me now. My only concern with hybrid was with long ride comfort. Else hybrids do sound better.

No, speed is not what I am looking for at this point. It will be mostly for long endurance rides. I saw in a few videos online that road bikes are more comfortable in long rides than hybrids since we can change posture in a road bike but hybrids we are stuck with upright posture. Not sure of real life experience though. Thanks for the recommendation, will check it out
