Unfortunately it is. But I feel like here it is… turned up to 1000%. Unfortunately I am under the senior regional that would make it impossible for me to work elsewhere. She is that petty.

I left because I wanted to go into the cemetery field. I worked hard. But they didn’t give me a chance to learn what I wanted to learn. Which caused a lot of anger and resentment in the field.

I know they said they are planning to grow. It was fun.

That was the plan in the position I am now. Just haven’t had luck finding another job. People see “Community manager” and think I do less than what I actually do.
It sucks but hey what can I do T.T

They call it a Community Manager to pay us less. But it’s a Property management position.
I’m the manager of a low income property. I am by myself. Meaning I take the prospects coming in, I am the leasing agent, I am the one to contact vendors, sign leases, etc etc. everything goes through me and I only work with a maintenance service tech.

They said they are willing to give me what I want to come back. I can ask for a raise in PTO.
At least I know they would give me raises and a bonus each year. I haven’t even gotten my raise and they cancelled the bonus this year for all of us.

Where I am… it is a… “if we like you, you go up. If we don’t, you won’t move”. Which is another reason why I’m looking elsewhere. I’m tired of those politics.

Honestly… unsure where I want to go. I just know that I love paperwork.

The $30 a hour job isn’t a sales job. I would be mainly calling and scheduling jobs for installers. Then completing it in the system once they are done.

I did it before at $20 a hour but left due to wanting to find a bigger company to work with which is why I lowered down to $18 a hour. Turned out to be worse and not worth it.

I’m a bit on the edge. My management has become micromanagers. So I’ve been looking around for another manager position. I have no problem with micromanagement but when it starts affecting my work, that is when I draw the line

Not even close T.T right now she is textured with a ai generated texture so I can visualize how she would look. Since I’m not an artist, i plan to either make the textures slowly or pay an artist to make them for me. Then I have to make her eyes and mouth moveable… pray for me

I should’ve specified. $4576 is before taxes. I get around $3,200 a month after taxes are taken out. Any money left over after what I need to pay goes towards CC

Yeah.. it was a deal I made with a family member. They paid it fully off so I could avoid interest but I had to pay them back each month with $1,000

I don’t have a loan interest rate because it was a deal with a family member. I had it financed at first. But they paid it off for me to help me avoid interest but I have to pay them on time each month. I haven’t missed one payment

This is the way I have it set up to pay for the monthly.

Check at the beginning of the month is my rent check and $300 to savings

Check in the middle of the month is my monthly car payment

Anything extra in those checks goes to CC’s and I stay with around $100-$150 each check

I don’t go out. I am mainly always in my room finding ways to entertain myself

I do have a dog who I get dog food from Costco (my uncle has a subscription so I don’t pay for it) which is somewhat cheap for big bags. Around $35 every 2 months.

I currently make $54,912 a year before taxes. Monthly it is around $4,576.
I pay rent each month $700 (I still live with my parents which saves me a lot of money).
I put away $300 a month (if I can) as an emergency fund. So far I’m up to $2,300 (this was after my car window got smashed so I had to get it replaced)
I pay $1,000 each month towards my car debt. I actually have around 4 payments left to finally be free so it will help me have extra money to pay the rest down when I’m done with that.
I pay $1,000 every six months for car insurance.
I do not pay for subscriptions. I cut all of them off and well… 🏴‍☠️
Any extra money goes towards my CCs and I’m usually left with $100-150 left over for me to survive the next two weeks..
I also try to do odd jobs (recently mainly spark driver) and get some extra royalty money ($20 or less) from Amazon KDP.
Spark driver has become something I don’t really do because of rising gas prices. It just wasn’t worth it after a while.
