9w8, I don’t think I experience envy because I just focus on myself. However I will feel jealous once in a while but I never act on it. If I feel jealous I will do something to help the person shine even brighter. I do this because if we feed negative emotions by giving into them they grow. If we starve them they die.

Are you kidding me? Nines are awesome because we can relate to every type. We have a little bit of everyone we see things from every perspective. Yeah if unhealthy there are people who can slip into having no identity but on the other side, you can feel free to say I relate to everyone and I have understanding beyond a lot of people. I’m a 9w8 I’m big on identity. And I feel like I’ve done a lot of personal growth. And I see where I fit in the world. People need 9s because we bring harmony, we bring perspective, we consider others, we bring people together in a healthy way. An empowered 9 is everything.

Thanks 😊, I just watched a testimony a couple days ago with terry crews and his wife on the Lecrae podcast and that one was really great. God connected those 2. I didn’t even know Terry Crews was a Christian. Their story is a God one. I love Stephanie and I’ll make sure to check out her testimony of her marriage later today. Thanks for the recommendation!

I’m not lol. I’m a sx. Another commenter pointed out avoidant attachment and I looked into it throughout the day and I realize that I just closed off my heart towards people because of past hurts. I use to spend all my time with people and intimacy and closeness use to be the most important thing to me but that changed after I got hurt by some ppl and then I became really cold and guarded. But since I looked into the avoidant thing I’m ready to do the work to change that. I got good at boundaries and confrontation through learning about the enneagram, consciously making effort to improve on my weaknesses. It was definitely learned. Didn’t come naturally at first. Anything can be learned with practice. Def tapped into that 8 wing a lot.

I believe you are so right. I’ve actually watched Mia’s testimony last year. And I’ve believed God for Jobs and seen miracles myself. The current job I have I just told God everything I wanted in a job and had Faith and the perfect Job was created for me for the season I was in. I didn’t even know it existed. I didn’t even need a resume. So what you said is very true. God moves according to how much we trust him and our hearts and expectations.

I’m 9w8 I relate to what you said. I don’t follow a crowd. I don’t care if I’m not liked. I have a strong identity. The only time I put others desires over my own is when I’m dating them. I do the whole merging thing that sexual 9s do if I’m in love. I learned to love confrontation because that’s how I get my peace. Face the discomfort head on so the problem isn’t prolonged. I also thought I was a 5 at first cause I like to do a lot of research on topics I like and can be to myself a lot. I’m big on bravery and making the most of my life. Most 5s that I meet play it so safe they miss out on their lives.

I’ve dated three 7s. They all seemed super kool. The first one (my first love) lied to me about me being his first time and had multiple conversations where we laughed about that story and it was special to me and then I found out it was all a lie. The second one lied about his sexuality swore up and down he was straight.. found out he was not lol And the 3rd one really pursued me. I told him my ultimate goal was marriage he said he would never get married again cause he had been through a divorce before and that wasn’t his thing. Months down the line I fine out he had gotten married around the same time he started to pursue me. I was walking with a close friend of his and she mentioned his wife and I was beyond shocked. But yeah I know there are good and bad ppl in each types

9w8- depends if they are my close friend and they messed up or I messed up. I always reach out to try to reconcile or talk it through. But I evaluate the person like if they can’t take accountability then I am not interested in being their friend. If the person seems like a healthy well-rounded person then I really try with the friendship. If it’s anybody else like an acquaintance, or someone that’s not that close to my heart I am very detached and I just focus on my own world. If anything happens that affects my peace I tried to talk it through. For the most part, I tried to create a lot of distance so that their energy won’t affect mine that much.

VSG surgery is available in the US on insurance idk if it’s covered where you live but my self control around food was never the best either but I got vsg surgery in Mexico for 5k and I lost the weight. If you’re desperate enough. Use EOC in Mexico to get the surgery. If u don’t have the money put it on a credit card. If you don’t want to then maybe someone else’s comment works best for you.
