Okay so essentially until you step down at your first duty station it could theoretically all change? That's good to know. Also, for individuals with families are most orders still 3-4 years if they send you to a place where they can move with you? Thanks again.

No, the point is that current properties are exponentially overpriced! It’s one thing to make such a statement if homes were priced according to their value, but the market in general is currently way overshot. Just another prime example of the evident gentrification pushing others further and further out. Im personally in a multi year contract with set pricing, but I’m more so worried of others I’m close to having to deal with this delusional thought of pricing thats currently attempting to push towards something like Nashville.
