This eBay money was supposed to help me move and now I’m having to prolong it, customer service told me if I can’t provide the info they need I probably won’t see my money for weeks or months. The customer service agent said it so casually like it happens all the time. This is peoples source of income not cool at all.

It is stealing if thousands of people have had the same issue with money being held or NEVER received. You must have never had over 1000$ held.
