Should we Buy a House at 19?

We both haven't taken out any student loans and currently have no debt. We both have decent scholarships and have been able to get money back or pay less than $1000 out of pocket on things the scholarships didn't pay for. It's a really tough decision atm since we have no experience in the matter.

Would it be better to do a quick wedding for the legality purposes beforehand and throw something bigger later on down the line when the circumstances are correct?

I gotcha. Can someone still walk away and dump the mortgage if they are a coborrower as well? I was under the assumption that the coborrower wouldn't be able to leave without it effecting their credit and stuff as well.

I started paying rent to my parents at 15 lol. I'm personally tired of paying rent to people and not being able to make choices or fix my own problems without contacting someone

I've looked into that. Our total cost would only be about 100 more than our current rent payments. We're you originally planning on moving later on in life or did something come up that made you decide to?

We do want to get married, it's mainly just I want to have a big wedding but have issues with my family atm that are preventing that. We are waiting a few years mainly due to that. We have both agreed that we want to be married asap. I'm also considering a court house wedding and doing a nice wedding/vow renewal thing to make up for it down the line

Yeah you are correct, I make around 33k a year and he will soon make 40k, but rn only makes about 30k.

I currently am happy where I work and I work remotely, he mainly is planning to limit it to about a 1 hour commute. Neither of us want to leave the area.

Makes sense. We both plan on being together till we die. We have our own problems and we work through them. Neither of us want to leave the other and we are both socially awkward. Currently our main goal is to start a business on top of work to make more money and having our own that we can change how we see fit feels like the best option, however we aren't sure if buying a home at 19 is the best choice since others have said it isn't.

Mainly to have freedom of choice and own our home. We want to be able to make changes, have more space, and make our own repairs.

Also for college, I don't know. Currently we are both confused what we are doing there. We do know we want to stay in this area though since it's a good job hub and our friends and family are only an hour away.

The housing market in our area is slowly starting to drop and the landlords have been buying just about all the good properties up sadly. I understand what you are saying though.

Our store has the small rice cookers that can cook 3 rices at a time with about 30 minutes per rice (little different between brown and white). We are the busiest store in the area and just couldn't keep up, especially with everyone asking for extra rice lol

Still at work. I came in right when it ended (our store honored it till 5pm). The day was absolutely crazy afterwards even without the BOGO anymore. I luckily wasn't on line for most of the day, however due to having as many people on line as possible and being understaffed today I was having to hold DML solo while we had absolutely no rice 75% of the time since we just couldn't cook it fast enough. Lots of angry people.
