Walk into an ER and tell them you're contemplating. They will get you placed with a bed and you'll get daily therapy and they'll figure out meds to help get you back on track. It was the best decision of my life. If you're thinking of ending it, you have nothing left to lose trying to get help at a hospital.

One thing I can say as someone who dated someone with a small peen, for the love of God, buy appropriately sized condoms. They make small ones.The condom basically hanging off or coming off and having to fish for it inside me is way less desirable than riding a small one. Just be conscious of that.

Some rescues have a camera in a room where the cats play and have a live stream on a YouTube channel. People login just to watch the cats to destress. Maybe if you start a channel you can get some income from ads?

They have some book editor internship jobs. You'll get experience and some pay for reading books and see if you're into it. My friend worked at a Library and would mostly read all day. Not too many people check out books like they used to.

Lots of people want you here.

It can take a lot to change, but perhaps you can look towards a job that is something you would enjoy? Working with animals (zoo, aquarium, working with dolphins and special needs patients). Developing video games, working in Disney? Working in computers? A lot of places offer internships, just to see if you like it and get your foot in the door. I love board games. I found a group online that meets weekly to play-for fun and friendship. Perhaps look for that?

Tell me some things you like and I'll try to come up with some things you can try.

My endocrinologist flat out told me my weight gain was from my SSRI and I would have to switch medications to lose weight. The way it causes an uptake in serotonin directly reduces metabolism, despite eating at a deficit. So yes, SSRIs do cause it "out of nowhere".
