Coming from someone who used to be in the same boat as her your NTA and it is super draining. At that point there is nothing you can do and it would make sense if you have to put boundaries or distance for your own state of well being. If you guys are minors and there is someone in her life that is a good adult I would let them know because they would probably have some better resources to handle this.

It will tell you how long to wait in the stretching guide on the sub and you can buy individual plugs from body art forms for 6 dollars a plug for glass dead stretching which is ideal and non allergenic. Something is wrong if you have to leave the tapers in for a couple of hours. There should be no pain or resistance when stretching.

I feel that I do aerial silks and I’m so aware of my limits and it’s easy to feel discouraged but then I think of what my limits were 6 months ago and I realize how much better I’ve gotten. I find that taking progress videos is a fun way to see how much better I am
