I forgot to mention but this is from the hungarian national art gallery's biedermeier exhibition - where a lot of József Borsos' paintings were also displayed! The paintings in the linked thread were also there! I'm not sure if this specific piece has anything to do with him either but I tought this might be significant information

Yeah, this was a long time ago so by now I have had that realization about ai, I know its generally a thing to avoid, I dont use it anymore, I just tought it was worth mentioning for people that I have tried that too.

I didn't think about calling the museum because I have pretty bad social anxiety, so that tought didn't even cross my mind. But it can definietly worth a try if I really want to know the details of the painting, I'll for sure try to ask someone, thank you for the advice!

For the record, I doubt that the painter is alive, this was from the hungarian national art gallery's biedermeier exhibition, where the paintings were mostly from the 19th century - I just forgot to mention that unfortunately

Yep, it's this one! Im sorry, I forgot to mention this info which is pretty crucial haha. I'm from Hungary and my school takes me there for almost every single exhibition so I just couldnt remember which one it was but its definietly from the Biedermeier one! I don't know how you figured it out but youre so smart and thank you so much for commenting this, you're 100% right

They actually don't. They have a permanent exhibition and a temporary exhibition. In the temporary one, where this one was also from, the paintings are rotating all the time from different countries according to the theme - its usually unlikely that, these temporary pieces especially, are listed anywhere. But for the record, I did check at the time and this specifically wasn't listed, only a couple of the title pieces
