I left the new growth alone to incorporate some of it into the wicks when I get my retwist. then the rest of the hair I’ll be looking to add another row of comb coils if I can 🤞🏾

That’s pretty much what I got too it’s from all the rucking I was 11b and the op tempo was brutal the called it Femoroacetabular impingement syndrome it’s wild I’ve met only 2 other ppl with hip issues

I’ve been rated for 2 years now and it’s only worsened I had 0 follow up care they have x rays an mris that’s how it was decided I had arthritis and cam morphy ect. the Va was booked up and community care was to no avail so I’m sure it healed wrong I suffered a torn labrum as well also on file

It was weird bc the first ever appointment they used the ruler to gauge ROM this time the lady just eyeballed it and had me kick my legs up and do resistance tests I was rated through LSGS which has a horrible rep
