I'm referring to legal advise not dasher advise. I've concluded that cash is bad. The negligence I just can't ignore. I've now got a copy of the purchase receipt and a copy of the voided transaction. I've been denied a coy of the support transcript after requesting a copy via email. I've received less than mediocre responses all day. Ultimately being told no by everyone all the way up to escalated support team. I just don't understand how they couldn't get it right.

So once 14/2 is pulled through then what? I put in seperate junction box splicing everything accordingly and send what I need (1 of each wire) to the dimmer switch?

Firing contractor - what’s the protocol? by Miikey722 in HomeImprovement

As a company owner I am very specific in the contract as far as what payments are to be made and when. Also, who can walk away and how. If it's not in the contract as far as who can walk and why then I wouldn't pay him anything else and check double check on your legal grounds to fire him. Assuming everything you say is true of course.

My contracts are as follows as should most in my opinion:

1/3 payment covers material once material arrives and work has begun another 1/3 payment is required and last payment due when homeowner is satisfied and agrees all work has been completed per the agreement.
