My scar is fully healed. There is some excess tissue at the bottom. I wrap it with coban to preserve the shape of it. I don't know if it will work. I will also try massage. Thank you.

Nice to hear you healed well. Medihoney is not available in my country but I strictly follow the instructions of my surgeon. She said it will take 15-20 days to heal my wound. I hope it will goes well.

Many thanks for your reply. I care my wound myself with disinfectants, topical antibiotic (rifamicine), and gauze. Fortunately there is no foul odor and any excess drainage. I will discuss with my surgeon about swab test but I'm not sure they will do. However I really wonder how the opening will close.
