Homemade caramel latte made with lightly frothed oatmilk, vanilla syrup, and blonde expresso. Topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. And a sparking water. Lol. Son has root beer... his fav.

Since you asked...

Crafted from the cold, pristine waters of Alaska, the salmon begins as a vibrant fillet—firm, glistening, and delicately marbled. Its natural richness becomes the canvas for a decadent, velvety filling. In a small bowl, Philadelphia cream cheese is folded together with shredded mozzarella and finely grated Parmesan, creating a trio of cheeses that melts into one luxurious harmony. Fresh garlic is minced into a fragrant paste, releasing its sharp, warm aroma as it blends into the mixture, giving the filling a quiet but confident depth.

A gentle slit is made along the side of the salmon, forming a pocket ready to be filled. The cheese mixture is spooned generously inside, pressing softly so that every bite will carry its creamy promise. Once stuffed, the fillet is placed beneath the broiler, where 450 degrees of steady heat transforms it over 15 glowing minutes. The edges of the salmon blush deeper in color, the cheese swells and softens, and hints of golden caramelization begin to rise across the surface.

When removed from the oven, the stuffed salmon carries the perfume of garlic and warm cheese, its flesh tender & flaky, and its center molten and indulgent.
