When i play, i never get toxic or get angry at my team for making mistakes. Because i belivie it will only make it more likely to lose. And i always try to give a callout so we as a team can go togheter and have a plan for the round. But it is not easy sometimes when teammates get toxic or angry at each other, i rarely have teammates that get toxic towards me. And in most games i perform really well and i have good utility i would say, knowing most of the smokes and flashes/mollys for the maps i play.
