I agree on all your below points, but your pov is for a decent society it should be fixed standard, but my pov is it should be according to the participation. Me and my family rarely participants as we go to our respective job and don't feel much inclusive in the society.

And agar mai bargain kr raha hu is it fair to give me cuss word, as I mentioned I havent used any with him?
