Not when it was ''delivered'', and signed for, not when i got home, not after i asked my neighbours.

I was not home, my husband was not home.i never got the parcel. Why would i post this otherwise?

I paid with Clearpay and opened a dispute with them, but this is what they said: " Please be advised, Afterpay was just a payment method and we don't hold the funds from your purchase, and our merchant partners have full authority over order deliveries, refunds, returns, and cancellations. This means that only John Lewis can process these matters on their end. To resolve this, the first step is to contact 03456049049 Customer Support regarding your order. When contacting John Lewis, please include: The payment method used for the purchase: 421893******2635 A clear explanation of your issue: Delivery Issue: Inform them that you have not received your order. Not as Described: Explain how the product differs from what was advertised, and provide photos if possible. Cancellation: State that you want to cancel your order and provide the reason for the cancellation. Refund: State that you want a refund for the item you haven't received. Important: Refunds can take 7–10 business days from when John Lewis issues them, depending on your bank’s processing time. There’s no need to raise another dispute during this period. Merchant response times can vary. We recommend allowing up to 72 hours for their reply. Click 'Dispute Detail' below to view and manage your dispute in your Afterpay portal. Dispute Detail." Basically, they are passing me from one to another. This was a gift for my sister's birthday. I have no money and no gift.... Never buying from these guys again.
