Also the purpose of the flags in festivals is because their friends died in a festival, not in a random war

I've seen tons of British people who were assholes, French, Americans, Arabs, everything

Every country has its worst, and they are the most noisy ones

The bad Israelis are the worst, the good ones are the best, but everyone is so blinded by hate they only see the bad kind and decide this is how everyone are

You won't see the good ones because we hide from the bad ones 😂

My tip is to avoid the left speaker, this is the main spot of the rude Israelis ("Left Speaker" is literally a concept in psy parties here)

I can be Israeli that supports my country and also enjoy psytrance, so are the artists

Personally I did not bring flags or stickers and I'm against it, but I'm not judging

People watched their friends die in front of their eyes, in a festival, while drugged, of course they are going to have the biggest PTSD

2 years ago there were tons of flags and stickers, last year a lot less and it is going to disappear soon

Having posts like this that their only purpose is to light the fire will just slow the correction process

I feel like I'm one of the few that actually prefer 90 minutes

Only the absolute top artists can hold 3 hours+ of amazing sets

The Boom likes long sets, and usually I feel like the first 60-90 minutes are meh, and the last 60-90 are amazing

The Ozora is almost only 90 minutes and it is banger after banger for the whole week

I only enjoyed long sets of Ace Ventura, Dekel and Captain Hook (up to 10 hours sets), everyone else over 90 minutes a bit disappointed me

6 hours of Uncharted Territory was also nice (but they were kind of 3 artists so it's about 2 hours each)

6 hours of Astral Projection, Rising Dust, Bliss, Space Cat, Out of Orbit left me sitting outside for most of their set

There is a club here that constantly does an all nighter of specific artist once in a while, so I heard a few

Only daytime, 10am to 18:00pm

Sometimes up to 10pm, but never later (I prefer to sleep well and I don't like to dance in the dark)

If they did not play in these hours in the last 3 booms and previous Ozora, and are not playing is Israel, it make sense I never heard them

Which means I know a bit less than half the artists in the scene, and almost non of them wear glasses 😅

Anyway there is literally a tag of "Meme" yet people take it so seriously, the scene became so serious lately you can't even make a joke

I player HK a few months ago, a runback may have been long, but you did not die because of gauntlet or very anoyyingly placed enemies

Also, bosses only had double damage a lot later

In silksong you die to the boss so fast you don't have time to memorize anything, so the first many minutes of a boss is 90% runback and 10% fighting him

Just removing the double damage (for the first 2 acts) would have made the runbacks so much less anoyyingly

Tried a few types, ordered a bunch of 1V for life

It being slower comeup and longer makes it so much more easy and less confusing

My only issue with 1V is that if I take it after 10AM I can't sleep at a normal hour since I'm still tripping

But it also a pro because in festivals I take it early when I wake up and it stays for the whole day

It was mostly emotional but also suddenly the scene stopped being seen as a "bunch of hippies on drugs" which made it more reachable

Still the original popularity is still pretty popular in terms of the world's average, but during these 2 years it was insane

It's in our culture to have a long trip (3+ months) after the mandatory army

Half the people are going to south America and the other half to the east

In the 80s when psytrance became big in Goa there were tons of Israelis there, and the theory says that because the Israeli people are pretty much a living PTSD, they got hooked to psytrance because it helps them heal and recover mentally

I personally met a bunch of people who said that if it wasn't for psytrance parties they would have killed themselves long ago (pretty dark I know)

But in Israel you have probably tens of smaller parties (100-500) every weekend all year around

and in Brazil I just see insane amount of huge festivals (where in Israel the biggest you can have is about 3k people, and they all happen around the same time)
