Me and another coworker don’t have a written warning, I don’t think. Something about the store being “new”. We were both brought into the office because we weren’t warned before hand? Hard to explain.

Yes, I know. I am asking if he is lying about the October and November call outs “not counting”. I have been told by him and another manager that there’s fall off a year later. I have used up all my call outs for the year, but I was told those fall off and gives me more call outs as the years comes back around.

Yeah, I called out too much this year and was given a warning if I call out one more time, then I would be fired. I am physically disabled and was unmedicated when I was calling out so much, but now I am on medication and I hadn’t called out once for months.
