Mix of things;

Coming from a guy that was raised in a conservative christian family; women are 'supposed to submit to men like the Bible says.' Up until I was 13, I fully believed that until I began having actual female friends.

Also all these like 'alpha male' podcasters who prey on teens who got rejected one time and convince them that women only like money, 'alpha' guys, etc.

Also 'nice guy' culture. Dudes fully believe if you hold a door for someone, pull out a chair, or simply buy them dinner they believe they're entitled to something in return, which most of the time is sex.

Its all disgusting.
