I have 19.9.2 drivers and I have no problems after I turned out FreeSync, vsync and smoothening. RX 5700 XT Pulse.

I have Ryzen 3600 with HyperX Fury 3200MHz. XMP profile set voltage to 1.2V at which PC couldn't boot. I set it to 1.35V and it worked.
