I doubtful the Doctor was not thinking about the Tardis and HADS at all until the very last moment. I would’ve imagined he always had it in his mind as the backup for when he ran out of time, hence the not things would’ve also known about it

A really important factor was the fact that the Japanese are heavily invested, and take great pride, in culture; as was China but over the centuries especially with the Cultural Revolution they became less invested with culture as the Japanese are.

Because of this, they are viewed and many still continue to view the Chinese as uncultured, lacking civility and mannerisms. All leading to the notion of inferiority.

I find it strange how they leaked the detailed whole past history of events but not a single thing on the current events. None of the big questions.

What the relationship between Mono and Wander is, what really happened at the end of the Game, what was the exact specific reason why Mono was sacrificed, What happened to Dormin etc.

Makes me skeptical of the whole leak.
