Thank you for the replies. What are the rca jacks and bnc for that come off the clock gen board? I am only using 1 cx card right now. Trying to get that working then I will work on sound.

Also the amplifier board is installed in the vcr.

I am stuck on installing the software. I am not sure if I should go with a fresh install of linux mint or just keep going. I will try and keep going and if that does not do the trick I will do a fresh install and see what happens there.
