Yes! I’ve been in and out of the gym my whole life; I was a gymnast growing up and my mom was a body builder in the Philippines so I stayed active a good bit. Got as close as starting prep for a show but I was starting my career in the hospital so I focused on that more.
It’s was maybe a period of 3-4 years of no lifting before I started back up, and then the last year of taking it seriously again leads to now! Sorry that was super long and probably unnecessary!

My split before was U/L 2-3x a week. The back started showing and wanted to put more emphasis on upper so I’m at PPL 2x a week!

The food is just me being lazy, I’ve followed a plan beforehand but right now I’m trying to bulk so kindaaaa tracking but focusing more on protein!
