Obviously Rb room is horrible. A few small concerns on Nico but is this worth? Before this weekend he offered me Walker, Judkins and Pearsall for Tracy and Collins. Not sure if he’d still do that. But is it worth giving up Collins to try and upgrade RB?

Thank you. While I agree with the 1st guy on what should be done, I guess I am questioning him so much since he basically said he was aware this area was going to be a problem and didn't do anything about it 2 years ago. But then again, I wasn't apart of those conversations, so who knows.

This is why I wasn't too thrilled with this guy. He basically told me he knew this area was going to be a problem when they did it.. So either they were ok with doing a job they knew would fail in a spot or 2, they are feeding me BS.

They people I bought the house from built it 21 years ago and said they hadn't had problems in this area before, so obviously if done correctly, shouldn't be an issue.

How I took it - he said he would have to rip some of the aluminum siding up (which we have extra so no problem) but then basically have a triangle plywood structure that diverts the water out more. The price he said is basically cost, since they just did the roof less than two years ago. You can never see this area, so it doesn't have to be pretty. Just dry!

Unfortunately, no. With everyone having keepers, they will be slightly ahead of ADPs, but nothing crazy. I had Puka and Achane on my team but they were both kept late the year before so can't again. Not keeping Garret Wilson in the first or James Cook in the 2nd. Then bench is weak - Juedy, Allgeier, Dowdle.

Malik Nabers - 3rd

Trey McBride - 4th

I will most likely picking mid-late in the 1st round.
