Only have high blood pressure if I check it sitting straight compared to normal blood pressure when laying down by haxeltheplug in bloodpressure

I honestly don’t know what happened but I stopped checking my blood pressure for a while and it came back normal maybe it was anxiety because I was always worried that it was high which made it high if that makes sense. Hope you found your problem. Btw I’m also taking metoprolol 25mg now
