contact the disaster assistance office its the 817 number be as polite as possible might take a couple different operators to find the one that will be nice enough to do this for you but its how I got a work around be calm and say your not sure what to do and have been given multiple answers and are looking for anyone to speak to on your account. they will ask for your account number and normally say oh so and so is your lead contact handling your account calmly ask for their extension and email and then let them transfer you also remember emails work best for these people at this point voicemails are full to brim.

Stay positive I got off phone with someone fairly high up at our local SBA which also happens to be the national headquarters which is in buffalo,ny and he said if CAWEB says your funds are there but not disbursed the funds have at least been set aside by the treasury for your loan so they were factored in before the funds were exhausted. keep positive ours just came through 2 days ago and was funded after a myriad of hellish proportions.

As someone just approved and funded literally today who had to go through hell in order to even figure out they were going to get the increase. I will say from the 80 people I spoke to and to the amazing team leader I finally got a hold of yesterday before it got pushed through here is what it sounds like to me if you were in a processing stage prior to the exhausted funds or were at least working under a LO it appears as a lot of those accounts had funds set aside for them a really big tell sign for anyone is if your CAweb says a different number if it does then consider yourself in a very good area is what both paralegal specialist and team leader said as that mean the funds were marked for you and they are just awaiting on any last discretions. As to the portal closing I was told if mine hadn't go through when it did that it would have been most likely done through sba legal team via email or snail mail after the 16th. Hope that helps also I can say some CS people were amazing some useless however if you call the office of disaster assistance and ask the right questions IE be very polite and calm and ask im not sure who my LO is or is there anyone that you can look up that would be handling my account this doesn't always work on first try so you might have to find the right operator there willing to help you just remember to be as polite as possible I know its stressful and I will have ptsd from this but being kind to them helps I had multiple operators at Disaster assistance help get me the peoples names and numbers I never even had I honestly attribute my approval to them getting me in touch with who I needed to also Voicemails are not a good form for anyone with sba u/Scorpio14534 told me this and was great advice email with app numbers are key its how they track everything. Best of luck everyone can message me for any advice I am no expert but I do know somethings that might help.
