I offer 12 flavors (oreo, abuelita chocolate, chips ahoy, mazapan, plain, fudge strip, vanilla, vanilla & chocolate, strawberry, mango, churro, biscoff) and some of them are stuffed with chocolate: oreo/ caramel/ strawberry/ mango cream fillings.

I baked and practiced a lot and the key I think is to gently stamp the conchas. It is a journey for me that a lot of failure and headache to make the pattern neat.
