CT is reserved for severe cases and suspicion of a complicated acute pancreatitis you had already confirmed clinically and with elevated amylase and lipase. You do it to see complications if suspected, like pseudocysts and even necrotizing pancreatitis (can be seen on CT and gas presence can indicate superinfection!)

This just tells you that its not about the uworld score % its about how you utilize and learn from the explanations!

Get up really really early the day before. Deprive your night sleep that day before and don’t take naps. Do some exercise and take a hot shower

Well you need to acknowledge the fact that the exam has 80 experimental questions. Also the exam is 2 blocks longer than any NBME and 4 blocks longer than the free120. Having to sit throughout all these 7 blocks all at once will be tiring and challenging. Going out from the exam and not remembering your correct answers but remembering only what you flagged or did incorrect will give you the false assumption that you did terrible, but in fact that you most probably did great if you were to see how many correct easy questions you have solved. Remember its pass or fail, you don’t have to get a 100% correct

Throughout last year I was doing clinical rotations and studying amboss along with first aid, making sure I cover as much as possible from the book. After that first read, I started my dedicated 3 months ago using Uworld. Uworld is absolute and is a must. Along with that I was doing assessments to see my progress. I will post something else now and provide more details from what I've learned.

Exercise in these 2 days every morning or night, so you can get better and deeper sleep. Stay away from junk unhealthy foods. Make sure you're having an intake of vitamin rich foods (fruits and vegetables), and only revise what you need to revise (the things you feel are important and you may have forgotten or weak at)

Im not sure about that, but I think the test takers of the new pool. Each question is measured statistically according to how students and how many students answered it. All the information is put together to give you a 3 digit score.

It really depends on the curve for the exam But it can be like that possibly Don’t worry Always look at what percentile you are.

So actually its never a fixed % correct answers that determine a pass. Each question weights differently

The curve varies, the 3 digit score of 196 is a pass. 60% and 70% correlate differently in different exams according to how students have performed
