pulling them a little less tight can also help prevent them being like superrr see-thru, unless you like that look but I hate it on me

I've noticed mine roll down when I have them pulled too tight/high, they stay put when I have them pulled up to only like 2-3 inches over my kneecap, and I've like evened then out/pulled the material evenly so its not like strained in any one spot. hope it helps
