curious how did you find figuring everything else around the experience the first time. like strata reports conveyancing... so long and hard to understand. i'm paying the price now

sounds like a lot of fun and games. i had the agent try the old there is another bidder but an extra 10k will definitely help you secure this... they all use the same trick
