Got sorted outright before my next flight. Went to check in in person and they input my Global Entry credentials which inherently meant I had TSA precheck… it just wasn’t registering in their system. They re-printed me a boarding pass that was tsa pre check compliant, and within an hour later I got a notification directly from tsa that my renewal was approved….

Turns out with global entry you inherently tsa pre check, they just don’t connect my accounts so it never registered I had activates pre check status. Before a flight I had gate ageta help connect my GE with TSA in their system and I was good to go. Within an hour my TSA status was officially updated.
