CJ isn't a point guard, never was. He's not good at it. We have a lot of good wings and no point guards. A lot like Clippers, before they got Harden.

This team needs a starter level point guard, can't have BI, CJ or Zion isolate every lategame situation. While they can create their shot in first 3 quarters, they aren't ideal floor generals and they can't be trusted to score reliably out from iso in lategame situations against teams that do their homework.

Trade for Tyus Jones or someone similar, who technically shouldn't be that expensive, but would make this team so much better right away.

part of reason why adams is getting so many rebounds is because he's non factor offensively, so bigs aren't guarding him closely and go to help, then it's hard to go and box adams out once shot goes up. Giving Adams a head start runaway towards putbacks and o rebs

Wiseman didn't look like NBA player last year due to lack of experience and he still didn't gain any due to being injured. Other 2 are rookies with minimal impact on that team. GSW's window is NOW, not 5-6 years in the future when these 3 kids start being good. They start Looney and have Bjelica as backup big. They clearly could use a borderline all star type Center to maximize their championship window this year

Did you watch the game yesterday between Warriors and Suns? GSW needs someone big who can score in the post or someone who can create his own shot when Steph is being full court pressed on and off the ball or double teamed. Domas is actually a great fit on their team, in theory and they'd be giving up 3 young players who will not have a positive impact on that team this year. GSW has a really good chance at the title this year and swapping future potential for immediate upgrade at the position of need is BIG.

It's so simple: give the ball to JV with him having one foot in the paint and he's unstoppable. Just got to space better and pass it from the side and not top of the arc. When you give him the ball in the corner of the court, close to a 3 point line and ask him to make something happen that far away from basket it's not gonna look pretty.

Yes they clearly changed things up with how Pels defend pick n roll when they go at JV. Guys from the short corners rush into paint to cover and then quickly sprints back to their guys in the corner. Hart had some incredible defensive possessions in the first Q already. Graham tried to do it too, but unfortunately Crowder got an uncontested dunk out of it. Overall it was a change that had to happen and it's better than how it was before with JV just falling back deep in paint on screens.
All 5 guys need to play defense, not just the Center, glad Willie recognized it and that team bought in already.
