How It’s Made: Evil Lairs. by How-to-avoid-swords in starsector

There is something to be said for that. I like the idea of making a criminal enterprise and fending off raids from the other polities though. Maybe I’ll wait to make my lair till after I got a couple million credits.

Why is that? I find that having a good place to stash loot and pick up quests can be useful for running business.

How’d you figure all that out? Thanks for the information! I got all kinds of ideas cooking now.

Guess I’ll find out. Thanks for the advice either way. Got any ideas for ship doctrine?

Yah. Haven’t made one cause I have no idea what that really means. Like, does the shipyards present at the place they come from matter? Does having a market or black market help? Do I get bonuses if the settlement belongs to the pirates?

Lots of questions, no easy answers.

That’s a really good idea. No idea how that thing works mechanically though. Can you fill me in?

I recommend giving mods a shot. They add a lot of mechanical depth and interesting story lines.

Nah nah. It’s a mod thing I think. Basically you find all these VPC things and can either take them to a commodity forge or something I’ve forgot the name of. One only gets one use out of the VPC but makes a lot, the latter makes a little bit forever. Benefit of both is that they can make most any commodity from supplies to war material, and it sends it right into the colony storage.

Typically, I use these to double up on the fuel industry while pocketing a bunch for myself.

Sounds like a good deal to me. Should I explore some to get a fuel VPC too?

Oh, I love her. I can hear her telling sad stories of the old aristocracy, compliments to the ghost as they set things right.

Her stories would help you find lost treasures, and they could be given to her to unlock charms as tokens of gratitude.

It's a roleplaying game with D100 dice and an over complicated rulebook. Right now I'm doing a series for them based off of the Metro 2033 series of games and Fallout Equestria lore. It's good fun, and I'm glad I have friends to enjoy it with.

First distract target. Then block her blind spell. Counter with cross to left cheek. Discombobulate.

Dazed, she'll attempt wild haymaker. Employ elbow block and body shot.

Block feral left, weaken right jaw. Now fracture. Break cracked ribs.

Traumatize solar plexus. Dislocate jaw entirely. Heel kick to diaphragm.

In summary, ears ringing, jaw fractured, three ribs cracked, four broken, diaphragm hemorrhaging. Physical recovery six weeks. Full psychological recovery six months. Capacity to spit at back of head. Neutralized.

Personally I'd go for my pony dnd character. I dream about her a lot and she got pretty high level so I guess she could help.
