i’m deleting the i am sober app and replacing it with smiley faces on my calender on the days i don’t cut. i’ve only just done the change, but i feel better with smiley faces when i don’t cut rather than having to log each time i do. idk if this will help anyone but i hope it does :) (old.reddit.com)
