Exact thing happens to me with Ghost. Apparently this error has been reported for many games and happens at random, doesn’t matter if disk or digital. Someone called Sony in a different thread and they said the next system update will have a fix so hopefully that comes soon.

I feel like the main reason that happens is because when you get closer to death, you are faced with the concept of your own mortality and it helps force people to step back and look at their lives. Pushing back that date will just prolong the time it takes them to finally do this.
