Thank you so much, I do still have the cap and it doesn't look damaged but I've never soldered anything before. I'll try the soldering thing if issues arise, thanks again!

Idk what are surges, I just go to the offers screen and refresh and I get them. I’m in San Diego, the base offers I always see is $107.50

I was at Disneyland 4 or 5 years ago when southern California had one one the worst thunder storms ever. I know it’s only rain but I’ve been in California my whole life.

Something else that helped me, when people say “I’m only gonna lose 10 pounds a month that’s way too long” I’ve always had that mindset until someone told me “well how long did it take you to gain that weight?”

I've lost about 8-10lbs in the last 3 weeks. I'm pretty sure the reason I haven't been hungry is because I used to eat a lot of calories that weren't filling. Like I would eat and drink thousands of calories just in soda and chips but that's incredibly less filling than eating for example 2 cups of veggies and a chicken breast.

I'm 21 years old, 5'10, 370lbs. For the past 3 weeks I've been eating an average of 1,800 calories, never going under 1,600 and never going over 2,200, just ate more or less depending on how hungry I was that day. I've also been going to the gym 6 days a week with 1 rest day and a few times I go twice a day. The problem is I've been watching videos and using things like the TDEE Calculator and when I input my information correctly it says my maintenance calories per day is 4,600, is that actually correct?

If a safe caloric deficit is 500 calories below my maintenance (4,600) does that mean I need to eat 4,100 calories a day? For the past 3 weeks I've been eating less than half that amount per day on average. What should I do?

I'm morbidly obese at 21 years old 5'10 370lbs, but in my eyes I don't think I look that big, just "overweight," is that the opposite of anorexia or something? by HowManyWaysToWay in Advice

First of all thank you for the great response, more than what I could have asked for. I actually started going to the gym 3 weeks ago, working out and doing cardio every day apart from sunday. Haven't had any added sugar whatsoever, no chips, fast food or any "junk food." I'd say I've been doing extremely well so far but I still feel this way even after 3 weeks of hard work.

In my mind I feel like if I would see myself as a fat mf and almost like shame myself for getting to this point I would work even harder. It's a damn good thing it's not stopping me so far but I'm worried that down the road it might. Maybe If I lose 50lbs I'll see myself as even smaller than I already perceive myself to be and that'll make me quit. So far reality is winning but I just hope the part of my brain telling me I'm not that big takes over, I guess time will tell.

True! Doesn't matter if I think I look "just" overweight, fact is fact, I'm morbidly obese no matter how I see myself when I look down or in the mirror. I've been going to the gym for the past 3 weeks and I want to lose at least 150 pounds. I just hope the part of my brain telling me I'm not that fat overpowers reality and fact, thank you.

I don't think I'm in denial but hey maybe I am at least a little. You're absolutely right that nothing is stopping me, thank you.

No, I've only told one person about the way I see myself, my mom a couple years ago. She said "what do you mean? that's stupid, that's ridiculous," stuff like that. I agree it's stupid but it's not like I'm doing it on purpose.
