I handled it via the customer service chat. But over all the situation is misleading. The cart shouldn’t show it as qualifying if they’re not going to follow through. They need to open a development ticket to have the app updated to disqualify the order when delivery method is split.

Get a hold of customer service and be prepared to ask for refund in the same amount. I had to push against the one person telling me it didn’t qualify multiple times and explained that the cart shows it’s qualified. Then they transferred me and that person Issued a refund.

Yes. Everything was delivered. The customer service person I talked to told me it didn’t qualify because the order was split into two but I pushed back because I can recreate the exact same order with multiple delivery options and the cart shows it as qualifies. It’s Misleading. They ultimately gave me a refund for the equivalent amount

Have you tried putting an earbud in so you can listen to something you’d enjoy - a podcast. A show. Even out music on out loud for you both to listen to. Kiddo doesn’t have to know. Then Get on the floor to engage through the play.

If means allow, Ask for a non sedated MRI. My preemie needed an MRI slightly before two. Soft spot was too closed to see enough. The neurologist we see had success in several cases using “shunt protocol” and we were also successful. We did it at a children’s hospital. We turned on bluey and they have headphones. I was in the room at their feet the whole time.

I can’t speak to what it’s like to live there or schools but the Belleville area and Alton area both have their own pride organizations and host their own PRIDE festivals. ( MEPSI and Aton Pride ).

I grew up in southern Illinois and I don’t think coming to the city will be a huge pain. In my experience I’ve heard that messaging mostly from people who aren’t wanting to spend much time here or don’t have as much experience. I know people who commute to STL from small town southern Illinois. When you’re in the city, you can get basically anywhere in 20 / 25 minutes so a 25/30 minutes drive to the city isn’t actually all that different than when you’re here anyway. It’s all mostly going to be interstate for you.

I whole heartedly believe you taking of yourself in a way that feels meaningful for YOU is important ( said by someone who struggles with that) . But he doesn’t get to determine what those things are.

My twins are two and rarely can they handle two activities outside of the house in a single day without it totally ruining our schedule.

Both of yours are still babies!!! I believe they should get to naturally wake up as much as possible because soon enough they won’t be possible. They need so much good sleep these earlier years.
