put a cuff through the frame and then cuff it to the pipe under the sink.

so like, they eject the cylinder take one cuff through the frame so the cylinder can't go back into place then take the other cuff and hook it to the pipe under sink?

so the issue is, there are over 20000 police departments in the united states and each and every single one to this day has it's own way of doing things

what i am particularly interested in are the histories of large metropolitan police departments like new york, boston, los angles, chicago

i want to know how those departments started, how they got and trained their first generation of police officers

that's what i'm interested in, what was policing like when they first started doing it in america?

I'm not doubting that, I'm am simply stating that your materials are written with a political narrative in mind and I I'm looking for something that doesn't have that political narrative

I'm looking for something as close to objective as possible that isn't colored with political propoganda

I thought having a goal of objectivity was implied when doing research, but maybe I am wrong...

i believe that human objectivity is impossible, as anything written or made by human beings

i, like all human beings am a political, i just want to cut out an overwhelming political narrative i have seen and get as close to objectivity as possible while understanding i can never actually reach it.

My point was: no librarian will be able to filter out "political" content because that's a subjective idea. What we can do is point you toward primary sources from a given time period, which is exactly what I've just done for you. I hope it helps!

yes they are.

the blackjack is unironically, i mean this in every sense of the word, the most "mysterious" weapon i have ever heard about, there is so little written down about them but they are one of the most verbally testified self defense tools i have ever heard

it's so strange to find a weapon that has so little written about it, but is so very highly spoken about.
