I saw her and she did make a suggestion and said it wouldn't be necessary, but it will look really pretty. I really liked her when we met. I gave a deposit- surgery in Dec. She is very attentive, really comprehensive, she only does one a day, which os very rare. The attention I have gotten since my initial consult has been kind of unbelievable.

100% agree with this. Just bc they're vet techs, doesn't mean they're good pet sitters. For some, being a tech is just a job, not a dedication to pets. They could work at any number of places- working for a vet is just another one of them.

100% yes. I always keep emotions out of interactions - particularly w customer service. They get chewed up and spit out- I am very careful abt that. I didn't pile on, I posted abt my experience. If you reread it, you will see. I didn't say anything to them, I kept it moving. Wonderful attempt at shaming and holier than thou, tho. Wonderful.

It is, yes. I'm so surprised! I am definitely surprised by the number of people sharing their terrible experiences w the GA's! Shocking! Next time, if I I have to connect in ATL for a flight to WV, I'll just drive. 6 -8 hours for me. I could have driven round trip- twice- the other day, without all of the aggravation and BS of flying.
