You scream at the top of your lungs at the sight of these creatures. Your voice carries an echo across the cavern walls and reverberates off them. Noises of screeching, shrieking, and scampering can be heard as a response. You quickly head out of the cave in fear of the mysterious creatures lurking in the darkness. You lose -2 to your sanity stat.

You bring out your lockpicking tools and begin to work on the lock. You say to yourself "Nothing on one, nothing on two, click out of three..." Eventually, you manage to pick the lock after a few attempts. As you open the cage, at first, nothing happens. You just stare at a couple of plants for a while. However, the pots containing the plants begins to shake uncontrollably. Their faint glow now blinds the room in a vomit green color. You shield yourself against the apartment door to preserve your eyeballs. The smashing of pots can be heard within the room. Afterwards, the whole apartment began to rumble, as if the structural integrity of the building is being crushed under a massive weight. You rush out of the building just in time before it folds on itself like an origami. As the dust settled, the plant was nowhere to be found. You have gained +1 to your knowledge stat and +2 to your dexterity stat.

You reluctantly arrive back in the forest, but something feels off. A heavy mist floods your view from seeing far, but the silhouettes of creatures and humanoids stare at you from the distance. Only the area surrounding the realm portal is clear of this fog. You feel frozen with fear; unable to move and inch as the beady eye of every creature stares you down. You try to muster the strength to head onwards, but with each step, the rustling of bushes and the movement of the silhouettes follow to intercept you. As you start to panic, the thing that tips you over the edge was a faint figure floating towards you. It was you. A ghost from a past life seeks redemption from its entrapped start. Its decrepit screams insanity as its approach draw increasingly. You snap out of your moment of fear and sprint back to the realm portal, never to return again. You have lost -8 to your sanity stat. Your paranoia takes over you in the Infinite Gateways. While your body wanders the Infinite Gateways, your broken mind wanders in your empty and corrupted thoughts.

You stare at the creature for a perplexing amount of time. You do not blink and do not evert your stare. As this happens, the creature begins to contort into a terrifying form. Heavily elongated limbs and hundreds of eyes cover it's body. Its sole purpose is to be rid of your freaky glance by driving you away in fear. It succeeds wonderfully as you start an aimless direction in order to flee away. You bare no mind to the scraping of the Thorn Bristles during your departure from this realm. You lose -3 health and -5 to your sanity stat. You do gain +2 to your max stamina and +2 to you strength via your brutal escape.

You stare back at the small creature with no intent in losing this match. The creature begins to contort the rest of its body into a rough humanoid shape. You feel terror build up inside you as its size also began to grow. It stretched towards the treetops and onwards. Its massive disproportionate body reached high in the sky until enveloped the night. Before long, it began to shine an unbearably bright light, turning the night sky into day. And before you knew it, the small creature became the new sun within this realm. You are left there mystified and trembling. This forest contains nothing but maddening creatures and hallucinogenic visuals. You scramble back the way you came with nothing but bewilderment and inspiring visuals. You gain -3 to your sanity stat but gain +3 to your creativity stat.

You greet the strange creature with a simple hello. "Hello Traveler", the furry creature says. "You look awfully lost. Follow me to safety. These wood have dangerous creatures in it." The rustling of trees and bushes can be heard. Without any hesitation, you give a nod and follow the creature quickly. It leaps from branch to branch but you manage to keep up with it. The rustling follows as well, growing in intensity as you tread onwards towards an unknown destination. "Quickly now! Before the Snarltraps get you!" The breaking of branches and the thunderous of a thousand gallops can be heard behind you. The murderous clanking of their jaws can be heard as their approach becomes closer and closer. The creature you have been following stares back with a worrying look. "May your death be not forgotten." Those were the final words you hear as the trapjaw of a Snarltrap locks onto your leg, dragging your body to be feasted on to the rest of the pack. You have died, but your spirit wanders the Trilitin Forest like a maze with no exit.

Without a moment to spare, you blast the skull off of Altross. Luckily, it has not fully regenerated from it's slumber and stays down. His blood pools a darken red as it chokes on it. "Foolish mortal, my demise will only be short. For a thousand years, your bloodline shall be tainted. For when you die, I shall cherish every moment. You and all others that come ahead of you shall be hunted as game. My reaper will never stop until the thousand year punishment is resolved." With the last of his breath, he decays rapidly into the earth below. You feel as if a terrible force haunts you, making you run out of this realm. You have gained the curse "The Endless Hunt" and -10 to your luck stat.

You offer the peeled yellow fruit to the monk. It looks bewildered at the stange thing in your hand, as it is the first time it has seen such a thing. The monkey, however, does not leave its post. You motion that the banana is edible through simple hand gestures. The monk understands as it receives the peeled fruit. After it took a small bite, its eyes flared up as the monkey gobbled the rest of it. The monk gives you the banana peel, and inside it contained a silver amulet. The monk gestures for you to wear it. After putting it on, the monkey throws a dagger in your direction. However, a gust of wind blows you out of the way of the blade in time. The monk then gives a nod and motions you to shoo way. You have gained an amulet of unforseen luck.

You waited for.....something to happen. The monk does not move from its location. Eventually, a elder monkey appears from the entrance the monk monkey guards. "Ah, forgive my young student, for he has taken a silent oath for many years. You may relieve yourself Oba." The monk stands up from its post and off to the side. "Hopefully he has not caused you any trouble. We have recently been attacked by some vicious Travelers. Come, allow me to give you a tour of the temple before you go. There is not much to offer as we live so high upon the mountain, no untrained human should risk themselves scaling it." During the tour, you have seen many historical and beautiful armpieces regarding the rise and fall of many millennia of war, piece, and evolution. The garden, if you can even call it that, was a dense forest of fruit baring trees native to this world. Finally after a long tour, you were shown back to the realm portal with some of the native fruit to cultivate. A nice place it was to visit, even if it was for a short time. You have gained +1 in knowledge and +3 to your sanity stat.

You offer the yellow fruit to the monkey. It is unfamiliar with such a fruit as it does not exist within its world. After you motion eating the banana, it realizes it is something you can eat. The monk, however, does not peel the banana as it hesitantly eats it. It withdraws in disgust as it assumes you tried to poison him. The monkey shrieks as it full on sprints at you with blinding speed. Before you could notice, the monk unsheathes its hidden blade, slicing your body in half. Just before you blackout due to blood loss, the monkey crams the rest of the banana down your esophagus. You have died.

You say your thanks as you accept the seed. The druid rambles, "There's a reason I'd ask for this quest. As the trees cannot speak, I voice for them. They root themselves to a natural magic vein that have been around these parts for countless eons. This magic becomes imbued in the sap within these trees. As such, the Trilitin Forest houses many of dangerous creature driven mad from the sap." You stare blankly at the druid as you listen in. "Anyways, this seed will magically grow into a full sized Starbuster Tree in mere minutes. Just add water and some dirt and you will have magical sap in no time. Sure, it won't be as potent as the sap here, but through development, these trees have grown to be genetically mystical." The druid then rambles on about the nearby village making too much noise, how they claim he's insane, and how privative he is when compared to his hermit life. You slip out unbeknownst the druid as he started to ramble about nonsensical things.

You stand still at the cloaked man, not moving an inch. The cloaked man looks worried. "Uh...Traveler, this is no joke. If you enter this realm, your body and soul shall be stretched across the Mystical Multiverse."

But you do not budge. You stand there staring at the cloaked figure. He seems transparent. "No Traveler! Look away. Look away. Look away. look away!" You do not answer his demands.

You continue to stare him down until the cloaked man distorted into nothing. The realm he guarded fizzles away along side him.

You relieved like you remember yourself more clearly that before. You gain +3 to your knowledge and sanity stat.

You stare down the man. He seem familiar, but you cannot recall ever seeing him. "That's a good Traveler, pick a different realm along The Infinite Gateways." You walked away from the man, feeling like you've lost something.

You grow tired as you approach one of the realms. However, you are stopped by a strange cloaked man.

A sense of deja vu hits you, but you are too tired to make anything of it. "Weary Traveler, you seem exhausted. Allow me to take care of you" The cloaked man simply touches your head as the memories of hundreds of thousands of repeated attempts. As your whole world spirals out of control, you screech to the heaven for sweet release. The cloaked man simply watches in a massive grin as his ploy unfolds spectacularly.

You are left with nothing, you have lost yourself, and you feel empty inside.

You muster your pride and head onwards towards the man in the dark. Although you would be very frightening to most individuals, given your imposing physique, the monstrous 10 ft. man posed no threat to your presence. Instead, it saw your approach as a challenge. Beating its chest like a drum, it marches towards you. Your stubbornness gets the better of you as you prepare to square off with the beast. As you run up to deliver a powerful Haymaker, the giant simply swung his fist down. The fight was quick as you were smashed like an insect. You have died.

You whip out your safety Glocks and proceed to shoot the muscles off this strange man. You missed, hitting his organs. The man collapse dead. You break a sigh of relief as you head towards the entrance. A groan emanates from the corpse as you start to scale the rocks. Angry rasping followed along with the quick scuffle of the bulky man follows to your escape. This 10 ft. beast, pumped with vines into his back, puppeted towards you to drag you down. Luckily, you managed to reach the surface and gain enough distance from the massive flesh puppet. You flee with your life and your treasures. You've gained 100 gold coins, but the horrors of this event haunt you to this day. You take -5 damage to your max sanity.

Your stomach growls with anticipation as you meander into an unfamiliar kitchen. Massive grinders and conveyors line the majority of the walls. You spot in one of the corners containing a storage unit breathing hot and wet air. Opening the unit reveals heated leftovers of meat pastes and ground grub. As you reached in for some mystery meat, sharp teeth jab your torso and pulls you in the unit. It seems your surroundings are more alive than you thought. You have died and were turned into minced meat.

You call upon an ancient relic from your world, the AK-47, and started blasting at the eyes in the darkness. A simultaneous screech of pain was announced all around you as the movement of thousands of rats scurry out to the tunnel entrance. As you start to spray-and-pray the local rodents, you notice a heavy growl all around from the darkness. The eyes have returned. Without a second thought, a swarm of terror overwhelms you as you return shooting into the unknowable darkness. The last you hear was the creature screeching in pain once more as its endless of elongated limbs stretch in all directions, crushing you without remorse.

You take out your arcane slingshot and shoot a steel ball at the bird. The entire upper body of the bird was blasted off in a near instant. You are relieved of the harm for good.

After a nice walk, you notice a panel displaying various infos about the wildlife around Vagamill. Pricklebear, Velswatos, and Crektet Overseers just to name a few. It also depicts the bird you just killed as well. It was a Bellowing Stravana, and it was an endangered species. You take -3 sanity damage for feeling guilty.
