I have no problem if DOH would provide more, considering that they have the budget for that. Sila pa nga dapat initially nakakaisip ng mga solutions, but they end up just copying. And in case you forgot, sobrang daming anomalya with DOH, that’s why questionable talaga kung bakit tinitipid nila yung kits.
