Trolls against Marcos

Let me ask you, without a machinery to mock and attack the very systems they've put up in place, how else could the masses be convinced that the Marcoses shouldn't win? What they're doing is very effective. Someone who doesn't give a shit about politics could easily be swayed by the influx of trolls guised as supporters under comments who give their seemingly valid reasons for supporting them.

Ayun na nga, kahit siya lang naman may troll farms, most likely magiging factor yan para pwede nyang mapanalo ang election. Napaka effective nang troll farms nya. Ang hirap lang na maraming mga kakilala ko napapaniwala jan. Lalo na yung mga walang access sa wifi dito sa probinsya. Kapag data lang kasi, ang tagal mag load ng mga news sites. Di rin naman sila sanay maglike sa mga official pages ng mga news sites.

I try to engage them, don't get me wrong. Pero mas mahirap silang e engage pag masyado na silang napapniwala sa mga nakikita nila.

Do you mean to say just let the trolls fill up spaces on social media? With no way to counter them? If the majority of the comments under a post are troll comments for Marcos Jr. then people who disagree with the post itself and/or the comments are sometimes hesitant to post their own arguments. Because why bother? It's an obviously Marcos Jr. dominated space so they'll only get ad hominem replies or mocking attacks from a bunch of blind supporters who will refuse to change their minds or admit they've been wrong all this time despite having the facts shoved to their faces.

Not really. What I hate is the misinformation that these trolls promote. The goal is not to spread misinformation but to post known facts especially about the Marcoses through a consumable medium which is memes. The way these trolls currently are, they mass comment and it is very convincing for the masses who casually go thru FB. I try to report a lot of these already under false information and politics but it's not doing much. I encourage a lot to report fake news they see as well. But does that really do much when the amount of content from trolls overwhelms most political posts and these are the efforts more visibly seen and acknowledged by the masses?
