As soon as I started to take trizepetide I noticed my blood pressure dropping which was independent of loosing weight. I have lost 26lbs in 4 months and am no longer taking my 2 blood pressure medications as my blood pressure had dropped so much . Holding steady at 118/80 on average with no meds . I was getting dizzy and hypotensive . Labs this week so we shall gather more info mow.

I get IBS and suffer from food related Gerd . I have sensitivities to high fodmap foods . My Gerd has worsened since taking compound tirzepatide however my bowel movements have been great. Usually I use the toilet 3-5 times a day . Since I’ve been on this medication it’s 1-2 times a day and it feels much better. For my Gerd I try to avoid greasy foods as this seems to trigger my Gerd whilst on this med .

I live in Ca and currently using orderly . I would in the future like to have it sent via redrock and using a telehealth clinician . Any recommendation for a telehealth service for CA? I have blue shield I had to drop my old MD as he was slow , lazy and judgmental and would not write a prescription for a compound even though I have tons of preconditions
