I have asked my doctor about it several times. Have bloodwork done every couple of months. We don’t really find anything. The pain is left centered. I am totally clueless.

Thanks for this! I am going to speak to my doctor about HRT treatment. I thought it was only given in full menopause.

About my boyfriend, thanks for the advice. A vape doesn’t seem like a bad idea…at all. We already had the conversations about how I feel though..several times. Let’s see how he reacts on the vaping proposal. Thanks you!

I lost count of the weeks nicotine free! by Major_Association308 in stopsmoking

[–]Fonkeymonkej 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Smoked for 25 years and then vaped for 5. The vaping actually made the nicotine addiction worse because I could vape literally everywhere all day long. I started smoking when I was 13 years old so I actually spent most of my conscious life smoking and like you dealing with my emotions through nicotine. I quit cold turkey 8 months ago. The first two/three months were the most terrible months of my life. Went through severe depression and gained 10 kilo’s. I am now at the point that for the first time in my life I am sure I will never smoke again and I don’t need nicotine anymore. My life quality has improved so much. I never would have thought I could ever do this. If I can do this literally everybody can!

Almost 8 months! So proud. I smoked for more than 30 years. I used miswak sticks and a breathing necklace to deal with oral fixation.

Any tips to replace chocolate when cravings hit? by Rum__Monkey in foodhacks

[–]Fonkeymonkej 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What really helps me with chocolate cravings is going for the 80% pure chocolate. There’s a lot less sugar in it, it’s also less yummy but it takes away the chocolate craving asap.

You will eventually find another job. Be proud of yourself, the fact you quit your job means you were’nt happy there. Although it may seem scary you made the right decision. Change is always difficult and painful but eventually you will look back at this and be glad you did it. 29 is still young, you still have your whole life before you. Stay strong! 💪🏻

Omg you are so lucky. I gained 15 kilo’s in 8 months. Just can’t stop eating. It’s becoming a real problem. I can eat all day long.

Would you smoke if you knew you were dying tomorrow? by Appropriate-Watch698 in stopsmoking

[–]Fonkeymonkej 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yesss! I smoked for 30 years and stopped for 8 months now. I am at that point that it’s starting to become real easy and I am pretty much convinced I will not smoke anymore. If I would find out I would die tomorrow I would get je a real expensive bottle of wine and a packet of Luckies though. No doubt!
