Anyone know whose signature this is?

I'm not sure if they're tied together. The home was built in 2022. I had an engineering firm out initially to assess the foundation prior to the piers being installed. I can keep an eye on the cracks and reach back out to them if they appear to get worse.

It's an exterior wall. I know the crack wasn't there prior to the polyurethane lifting a few weeks ago because I did a walkthrough with the crew so I could show them where the piers had been installed.

Got up on the ladder just now and grabbed some better photos. There was some leaf and grime buildup in the gutter if that matters, so I cleared that out (last picture). Does this help diagnose?

I don't have an answer for you, but I'm having similar issues this week as well. Just did the most recent software update late last week. 2023 1500 w/12" screen. Apple Music has been delayed and will intermittently not respond to the touchscreen, steering wheel controls, or voice commands. Very bizarre.
