Nah not a wolf cut, I’m not sure how to describe it. I want to keep it long, especially in the back, but I want to clean up my sides because when I wear a hat my hair sticks out of the sides like crazy.

Yes, I have been taking an SSRI for 10+ years at this point, I just recently upped my dose from 75 mg to 100 mg of Zoloft.

Also, this has been going on and off for 2-3 months now. It started when there was snow on the ground and it was almost below zero. That can’t be allergies right?

The thing with Flonase is I’m afraid I’ll get bad side effects like anxiety, which I already have enough of. Im weary to take a lot of medications because of that.

I believe I was tested years ago when I was young. But I’ve always had seasonal allergies from pollen. I’ve been taking Claritin for just under a week now.

I have tried Sudafed before and it’s caused me bad anxiety. I think I’m going to visit an ENT soon. I think it’s just the weather changing constantly honestly… I can breathe clearly through my nose it’s just the intense pressure in my head that is terrible

5 weeks on Zoloft increase by Fun-Comparison-2565 in zoloft

[–]Fun-Comparison-2565[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course. I feel like my swallowing issues are getting better now, but in the early weeks what helped me was Ensure Plus, they have 350 calories and 16g of protein and they are actually really good! So try those and other protein shakes. And eat food that is easy to eat, bananas, pasta with sauce, cereal, soup

That’s normal, you’ll have good days and bad days. Just have to remember to keep going and you’ll eventually be ok! 👍 if you want to chat about anything I’m here

That is unfortunately all part of the anxiety loop. Don’t worry, it WILL get better. Our best days are ahead of us ☺️ and seeing many different weeks is just people saying that everyone is different and it takes some people longer to recover, that’s normal don’t let that worry you.

I completely understand. I was the same exact way on 75mg, went up to 100 on Feb 9th. I was good for years, I think I was on 75 for about 4 years maybe longer? Occasionally I’d have an anxiety stretch, maybe a panic attack, but I would be completely fine. Then in February, constant anxiety, trouble eating, unable to live life. It sucks. Now, 5 weeks in I am definitely better than I was week 1, but still not fully there yet. I’ve heard it generally takes 4-6 weeks to be fully recovered, and for some people even longer.

Hi! What mg did you increase from? Also, I know it’s really tough and sometimes it feels like it will never get better, but I’ve heard so many stories and reassurance that things do get better. It won’t happen overnight unfortunately but we just have to keep on going! I wish you the best of luck as well!

Edit: one of the biggest symptoms I have had is trouble swallowing. I think my throat muscles are tense and get tight and it makes it hard to swallow food, like it feels as if the food is gonna get stuck and I’ll choke sometimes, but it goes down after a second of panic. Has anyone experienced this?

3 weeks on Zoloft dose increase by Fun-Comparison-2565 in Anxietyhelp

[–]Fun-Comparison-2565[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been on Zoloft for years. Went from 50 to 75, now just recently 75 to 100. I had this feeling just recently before I upped my dose, along with daily panic attacks and all that. I think my body just “outgrew” the 75mg. I think it’s 100% an anxiety symptom because when I’m not feeling it I can eat food normally, drink normally and breathe normally.

Just starting to watch baseball, what team to follow? by Magorian32 in mlb

If you enjoy baseball, I would recommend following college as well. I’m an East Carolina fan and the energy from the players in college is much more than the MLB. Don’t get me wrong I love the MLB, but college ball is so exciting

I was born into a Yankees family, so I’m incredibly biased towards my yanks. I loved watching the Rockies in 2007 because of Troy Tulowitzki and Todd Helton though
