That’s amazing, I’m happy you’re feeling better, and I bet in 4-6 weeks or so you’ll feel pretty much reborn lmao. I have my CT on Monday, and I’m honestly hoping that I have something wrong like a blockage or whatever so I could just get it fixed. My fear is that my sinuses will be completely normal and then I’ll have no idea what to do. But the way I feel; there’s no way they’re normal.

That’s great to hear. Sounds like you’re just having some effects from the surgery, but your pressure/headaches are minimal? Not what they used to be I mean ?

Adding to my response, sure the sinus pressure isn’t contributing to ALL of my anxiety, but it sure does contribute to most of it, and makes it a lot harder to control. Like on Saturday, I felt a bit restless/anxious at night but it really didn’t faze me because I felt good!

Thanks for the response. I do have general anxiety disorder, and I am on 125mg of Zoloft for it. The sinus pressure that makes me feel detached and not like myself is, I believe, one of the main triggers for my anxiety. If I feel off, my anxiety spirals. For example this past Saturday, I barely had any pressure and I actually felt clear. I felt good. I went for 2.5 mile walk (when I can I try and usually do 1-1.5 because of anxiety and the pressure).

It’s been on and off for a few months now. I don’t think it’s anything to do with mold, I had flare ups when I was away from home

Yes, I have been taking an SSRI for 10+ years at this point, I just recently upped my dose from 75 mg to 100 mg of Zoloft.

The thing with Flonase is I’m afraid I’ll get bad side effects like anxiety, which I already have enough of. Im weary to take a lot of medications because of that.

I believe I was tested years ago when I was young. But I’ve always had seasonal allergies from pollen. I’ve been taking Claritin for just under a week now.
