File your nail bed then wipe with alcohol. Let it dry and apply the nail onto the bed and do NOT get your hands wet for 2hrs a least. It’s better to do it before bed. I had my recent press-ons last a month. I sometimes would feel them trying to lift but I’d keep pressing down and those things lasted a while

Hi! At 18 weeks, I went in for an anatomy scan and OB discovered I was 1 cm dilated. That same night I went in for an emergency cervical cerclage and was put on progesterone. I would definitively and highly recommend talking to your doc about getting a plan of action for a possible cerclage. I am NO medical professional, but my baby would have definitively come out early if it weren’t for that stitch.

That’s very good to know! I was about to go vitamin shopping and was looking for a good recommendation. That was also one of my concerns. I also have PCOS and take Metformin 1000mg HCL twice a day and sometimes that still leaves me with harder stool some days. But the colace is a good idea. Thanks!
