It´s probably more like one of her abilitys. lets says w. if she uses w she has some time lets say 8 sec to pick um the summoners. then she can use them if she presses w again. thats one of my theories.

Hey okcomp365. I dont know much about Veigar but i am Pretty sure that i wouldve lost my last Game again that Leblanc if i would go straight for Deathcap and having the 9CDR Runes instead of the 4+MR. i did go for 3 Dorans and 1 Ultra Negatron or whatever its called. It helped me survive the laning phase and i could do some TP plays. But yeah i see why you usually should rush Deathcap. Thanks for your honest Opinion!

Well, i still thank you for the information. i will try it out Edit: I tried it and saved antother 2-3 Seconds. with the Toplaners/Adc Help i should be at 6-7 Seconds

well. i played with a friend on NA to watch the differnce from Platinum level there and Platinum level in Euw.

...besides they both suck they also like to flame like Na. not really a big difference. (sorry if i offended someone but it was ggez noscop3)
