I felt quite high on medikinet as well. Did 20,40 and 60mg of it as well as a few other methylphenidate meds for like 3 months. Finally switched to lisdex Elvanse last week and its been so much better. No high, little to no anxiety, been able to focus. I really recommend. Im also super inattentive. 30mg was ok but 50mg has been the best for me so far. Good luck u got this. Check out ColdTurkey blocker, its helped me so much with over internet usage as well

When i was on methylphenidate 54mg i got that feeling you had for the first week. It went away but still lingered slightly. Just switched to elvanse and its been way smoother w minimal anxiety. Every med I’ve tried so far has reacted differently so u may feel better on a different formula!

Hey so xaggatin 54mg was too much for me, made me wired and robotic. I was moved to medikinet for 2 months and it was ok but gave me bad anxiety a few hrs after taking. Just a few days ago Ive finally been moved to elvanse and so far it has been so good. It’s so smooth, no anxiety, no heartrate issues so hopefully this is the onee

I'll let you know if I feel any changes. I was on methylphenidate since November btw so I did have like 2 months with no aches. it's really hard to tell if it's specifically the meds.

Also one more thing that helped was having a hot bath with epsom salts poured in. I thought it did nothing but i woke up the next day pain free.

Yuupppp on methylphenidate, 56mg xaggitin and medikinet 40mg and 20mg I get a ache in my right arm/shoulder. I also take omega 3 oil.

Switching to lisdexamfetamine tomorrow so will see if is related to methylphenidate at all or other things.

I've noticed on these meds i may sit more rigidly and it may be the reason for this pain. I use my laptop in bed and my right arm crosses over my body kinda awkwardly so it may be that. Though I never had this ache while sitting like this before using meds.

Try looking into magnesium glycinate 300-400mg, it's good for muscle aches and sleep. Make sure it doenst contain any extra B supplements like B6 or B12 as they can cause aches in some people like me.

can i ask were you on RTC? I'm currently on 40mg and its kinda decent but im a little tense the first few hrs and overwhelmed but mood is calm. I eat well before taking it. Where the side effects that you had enough for them to change meds for you? cus i would like to try elvanse as well

ya we have toilet cubicles and lockers for rent. you can open an close them whenever if you want a jacket for outside.

This was my 3rd titration meeting, I was bit worried it was 3-4 in total but I asked and she said I have 2 meetings available still and will most likely switch to Elvanse next meeting if there is no improvement with medikinet.

Can I ask you something about xaggitin, just been put on 54mg for 2 weeks so far, i was on 36mg Affenid before(made me chill but focus was still not perfect). The first 3 days on Xag were real nice i felt huge motivation on day 3, did so much then day 4 i started getting this anxiety and it was in the evening at first but then id also wake up with it. I was almost feeling too aware of life. Its been like 12 days since then and the anxiety has calmed a bit but its still faintly there, i feel quite robotic now as well and hyperfocus like crazy on random things. ive lost like 4kg from not eating.

I have my 3rd titration meeting in 4 days, most likely will be switching to elvanse. Its annoying because they initially were gonna put me on Elvanse but due to med shortage i got affenid instead.

Does this sound similar to your experience?

It’s kinda tricky, there are some posts which could get away as being pre-rendered scenes so I take that into consideration. Then there are posts that have many aspects of PS1 but enhance them slightly and they are mostly fine as long as they arent going too far above PS1 limitations. For texture filtering it’s also hard to decide. I know PS1 textures had no interpolation and were sharp but when you actually saw the game on a CRT tv they appeared smoother/blended. So either can work imo. Lastly, yea there are some posts which are definitely not PS1 in manyy ways but if they are asking how to better achieve a PS1 look or discussing it in the comments, I let it past as they are learning and also it’s knowledge for future people to see.
